Jenny is passionate that a child's playtime activity is key for learning!
At Play to Learn, play development is our focus. This focus ensures that your child is learning, developing confidence with social interactions, and accomplishing the most from their playtime activity....whatever it may be. Basic sign language for toddlers will leave your child empowered with better communication skills. Maximizing child play development, especially during the toddler years, is important for helping your child meet their full potential.
Here are some testimonials from Play to Learn caregivers:
"As a work-from-home mom, I was looking for ways to get involved with other parents and include my toddler in play dates with other children. Through Ms. Jenny's Play to Learn classes and playtime activity, I get to have fun with my toddler in a group setting with other parents. Since taking the classes, my daughter has learned to be more attentive, enjoy structured playtime activities, and we've both made wonderful new friends! I value Ms. Jenny's insight into my child's emotional and cognitive development. I would recommend this class to any parent wishing to make playtime a more meaningful experience."
"Before Ms. Jenny's Play to Learn classes, my toddler could barely sit still, and had trouble playing in an organized group setting. It has been a lot of fun to watch her grow and learn in a structured environment. Through Jenny's skilled and kid-friendly instruction, my child enjoys the group activities and even waits her turn in class. As a parent, by rehearsing Jenny's "ABC's of learning," I've picked up new tactics for making play time at home fun and educational."
"Our son adores Ms. Jenny! She spends quality one-on-one time with you and your child, ensuring BOTH of you learn new and exciting skills. Before we started attending Play to Learn, our son was shy and intimidated with new people and places. Ms. Jenny's thoughtful interaction with him has fostered a growing confidence in new situations and helped with his social interaction. We highly recommend her class that focuses on toddler play development!"
"Our daughter loves this class! As a mom and a pediatric therapist, I enjoy seeing the progress with my daughter's social interactions- not to mention her endless smiles and laughter in this fun and upbeat setting. She's using many new signs to communicate and anticipates what Jenny is going to do next. The small class size is nice for this age too. We've both gained a lot from this class!"
